Where is the private session held ?
Private 1:1 sessions can be virtual, via zoom, or in the West Palm Beach office.
Can I schedule private group session ?
Please visit the workplace wellness page to schedule a private group session for your friends and family or workplace.
Can I pick what classes I want to attend?
Each private yoga class with start with a virtual consultation where we will discuss your needs, limitation and goals. From there we will decide on the best yoga flow.
How many times a week should i do yoga for it to be effective?
Beginners can start with 2-3 times a week to get results from yoga. A daily yoga practice is recommended for a healthy lifestyle.
What if I am not flexible enough to do yoga?
You do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Although, flexibility will come with time and practice. Yoga can always meet you where you are at.
What props do I need for yoga ?
Your body and a yoga mat. Blocks, straps and blankets are helpful but not a requirement for a successful class.

Discounted rates are available for private packages. Based on your goals and needs, we will discuss the best plan and option for you.
How Long has Dr. Shree been teaching yoga ?
Dr. Shree has been teaching yoga for only the past 3 years, however it has been a lifelong practice for her.
